We have a four step process

While this may look like a long process, we can often finish this in 2-3 weeks. We are dedicated to hiring great people and will aim to have a speedy process, we want A-Players so be sure to bring you’re A-game

Step 1

Introductory call

This is a short, phone-based interview usually lasting around 30 minutes. This is an opportunity for us to get to know you a little more, and for you to get to know us. It’s a quick overview of your career and your career goals.

^
Step 2

Work experience interview

Here we’re looking to build a picture of your career so we can better understand you, we walk through your roles chronologically and go over some of your biggest achievements and how you overcame difficult moments in your career. You have the opportunity here to highlight your best areas and where you’ve made your biggest ‘learns’ in your career and of course, find out more about Vanden and whether we are right for you.

Step 3

Competency interview

This is a more focused interview, specifically looking at the outcomes and competencies of the role, and pulling out the experience that will match you with succeeding within the role. We don’t expect you to be able to do 100% of the role from day one, so we use this interview to understand where we need to help you to succeed and put plans in place accordingly.
